Payments & Refunds
In short: you pay once for 30 days, with no automatic charges. If something goes wrong on our side, we refund you.
1. Payment methods
Bank card via Stripe. Cryptocurrency via NOWPayments.
Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee, and crypto payments include a network fee.
2. When access opens
Automatically once the payment is confirmed: usually instantly for cards, and after blockchain confirmations for crypto, typically within a few minutes.
3. Renewal
There are no automatic charges. If you don't renew, access simply ends after 30 days. Paying for the same plan again adds 30 days to the current period.
4. Refunds
If your payment went through but access did not open because of an error on our side and we could not fix it promptly, we will refund you in full.
If you have changed your mind, contact support with your account email and payment date: we review every such request individually.
Refunds are made using the original payment method. Crypto is refunded in the same coin to the address you provide, less the network fee.
Your statutory consumer rights remain fully in effect.
5. What is not a reason for a refund
The outcome of bets and trades, the actions of bookmakers and exchanges (account limits, voided bets, odds changes), or a lack of suitable surebets on particular days: the service shows opportunities but does not guarantee their number or profitability.
