Terms of Service
These terms explain how ZeroFi works and what we agree on when you sign up or buy a plan.
1. Who can use the service
The service is intended for people aged 21 and over.
You may use ZeroFi only if sports betting and cryptocurrency transactions are permitted by the laws of the country you are in. Checking this is your responsibility.
By signing up or paying for a plan, you confirm that you meet these conditions and accept these terms.
2. What ZeroFi does
ZeroFi is an information and analytics service. We collect publicly available bookmaker odds and crypto exchange prices, calculate possible surebets and arbitrage routes net of fees, and deliver them on the website and via Telegram or Discord.
ZeroFi is not a bookmaker, exchange, broker, payment agent or investment adviser. We do not accept bets, do not trade on your behalf and never hold your money.
3. Signals are information, not advice
Signals are not personal investment advice, an offer or a promise of income. You decide on every bet or trade yourself.
Odds, prices and fees change in real time and come from third-party sources. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee that the data will stay the same by the time you place a bet or trade. Always check the terms on the venue before acting.
Results shown in examples and demos are illustrative and do not guarantee the same results in the future.
4. Your account
One account per person. Please keep your password safe: actions in your account are treated as yours.
Signals are for personal use. They may not be resold, published or shared with third parties.
We may restrict access if an account is used in breach of these terms or the law.
5. Plans and payment
A plan is paid once and runs for 30 days from payment confirmation. There are no automatic charges.
Before you pay, you accept these terms and choose Telegram or Discord. Your username is saved. You can choose the network again at the next payment.
Paying for the same plan again extends the current period by 30 days. When switching to another plan, the new period starts on the payment date and the remaining days of the previous plan are not carried over.
Refund terms are described in the Payments & Refunds document.
6. Venue rules
Bookmakers and exchanges operate under their own rules. They may change odds, void bets, limit stakes and accounts, or delay withdrawals. ZeroFi has no influence over these decisions and is not responsible for them.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but interruptions and data delays may occur.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZeroFi is not liable for the outcome of bets and trades or for lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version and its effective date are always published on this page. We will give advance notice of material changes.
